Located at ‘Kelly Fields’ just North of Richmond, Tasmania, we have access to a 16 hectare flying area. There are two grass strips; one facing (roughly) north-south) and another, shorter east-west cross strip, allowing flying no matter what the wind direction is. The club has a Control Line area for accommodating members wishing to engage in free flight or control line activities. 

We have a modern club house with tea and coffee making facilities, indoor seating, and snacks and soft drinks available for purchase at reasonable prices. There is an undercover BBQ area with outdoor gas heating for those still, but chilly mornings,  and an outdoor seating area. Basic toilet facilities are also available.

Kelly Fields is fully fenced and the grounds are well maintained, providing a family friendly atmosphere for all members and their families.

The site is very generously leased from the Clarence City Council, who are a major sponsor of the HMAC.
